Your spiritual journey with Tripvedas begins in Dehradun, the starting point of your Chardham Yatra by Helicopter. On arrival at Dehradun airport or railway station, our representative will receive you and arrange a smooth transfer to your hotel.
After check-in, take some time to relax and get ready for the upcoming pilgrimage. You will be provided with duffle bags to carry only essential items, as the helicopter allows a maximum of 5 kg per person. Contact details of representatives at each Dham will also be shared for your convenience and safety.
It is advised to arrive in Dehradun by 2:00 PM to allow enough time for rest and preparation.
Overnight stay in Dehradun.
At 5:00 AM, check out from the hotel and proceed to Sahastradhara Helipad. Your helicopter to Kharsali will depart at 6:00 AM.
On arrival at Kharsali Helipad, our representative will escort you to your hotel for check-in. After breakfast, you will begin your journey to Yamunotri for darshan.
The trek to Yamunotri takes around 5.5 hours for a round trip and can be completed by palki or pony. Visit the sacred Yamunotri Temple, the origin of the Yamuna River, and enjoy the nearby hot springs.
After darshan, explore the spiritual sites of Kharsali including the Yamuna Mata Temple and the ancient Shani Temple.
Return to your hotel in Kharsali by evening.
Overnight stay in Kharsali.
Check out from Kharsali at 5:30 AM and reach the Kharsali helipad by 6:30 AM. You will board the helicopter to Harsil and arrive by 7:00 AM.
Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for check-in and a brief rest. Breakfast will be served at 9:00 AM, followed by a drive to Gangotri Dham for darshan. The road journey covers around 25 km and takes about 1 hour.
After darshan at Gangotri Temple, you can explore nearby attractions such as Bagodi Village, Mukhwa Village, and enjoy a nature walk around Jhalla. You may also visit the Shiv Temple near Harsil or take a short trek to Chholmi Village.
Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner.
Overnight stay in Harsil.
On Day 4 of your 6-Day Chardham Yatra by Helicopter, you will visit Shri Kedarnath Ji. Check out from your hotel at 6:00 AM and depart from Harsil at 7:00 AM for Sersi. The helicopter ride takes about 30 minutes.
After arriving at Sersi, check in to your hotel and take some time to relax. Breakfast will be served around 10:00 AM, followed by your shuttle flight to Kedarnath.
After darshan at Kedarnath Dham, return to Sersi by helicopter. Later, you will visit nearby attractions including Triyugi Narayan Temple, Kalimath Mandir, Gaurikund, and the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Guptkashi.
Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner.
Overnight stay in Sersi.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at 7:00 AM amidst the serene surroundings. After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to the helipad for your flight to Badrinath. You will depart from Sersi at 8:00 AM and arrive in Badrinath by 8:30 AM.
In the afternoon, visit the Badrinath Temple for darshan. Afterward, explore nearby attractions such as the natural hot springs, Mana Village, and the local market.
In the evening, take part in the Swarna Aarti or Chandi Aarti at the temple.
Overnight stay in Badrinath.
To attend the Maha Abhishek Puja, reach Badrinath Temple by 3:30 AM. The puja takes place between 4:30 AM and 6:30 AM. After this spiritual experience, return to the hotel for breakfast and check out by 7:30 AM.
You will depart from Badrinath at 8:30 AM and arrive at the Sahastradhara helipad in Dehradun by 9:30 AM. On arrival, you will be escorted to your hotel to collect your luggage.
From there, you will be transferred to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.

Day Bag / Day Pack:
When you head towards the summit, you are required to carry only a few necessary items and for that, you need a day backpack as you will leave your bigger one on the campsite.

A quick dry towel will help in maintaining proper hygiene. It must dry quickly because the wet fabric will only increase the chance of bacterial growth.
Sanitizer:
Essential for maintaining cleanliness while trekking.
Sun Cap / Hat:
A lightweight sun cap with side flaps is perfect to keep your head cool and avoid sunburns on a sunny day.
Sunscreen SPF 40+:
To avoid sunburns and chafing, you need to put on sunscreen as well as cold cream.
Water Bottle (Re-usable):
Hydration is extremely important when it comes to trekking. Carrying a water bottle that you can refill with Himalayan water is a must.
Personal Toiletries:
A bag with all your essentials including napkins, toothpaste, sanitizers, paper soap, etc should be carried in a ziplock bag.
Personal Medication / First Aid:
A few cuts and bruises are almost inevitable when you are on a trek so carrying a medical kit with bandages, Dettol, etc is necessary.
Sun Glasses / Reading Glasses:
Photochromatic glasses are specs that are designed to transform into anti-glare shades depending upon exposure to the sun. They are good when it comes to eye protection but one can also opt for clip-on glasses etc.
Charger:
To keep your electronic devices powered during the trip.
Power Bank:
Ensures your devices stay charged when there are no outlets.
Personal Documents & ID’s:
Identification proofs like Aadhar Card, Drivers License.
Laundry Bag (Waterproof):
In case your clothes get wet or your garments don’t dry, you can carry them in polythene. However, make sure that all the plastic that you are carrying into the woods leaves with you. Don’t litter in the mountains.
Track Pants:
A good pair of track pants made of polyester will let your skin breathe. They’re lightweight, dry easily, and comfortable to walk around in. You can easily avoid chafing and rashes by investing in a good pair of track pants.
Trekking Shoes:
A good trekking shoe is comfortable, provides ankle support, and has a good grip as well. They shouldn’t be chunky, instead, they should be lightweight and sturdy.
Cotton Socks:
Cotton socks are extremely comfortable to move around in and are lightweight as well which is why you can always count on a good pair of cotton socks while trekking. However, keep in mind to change them and avoid wearing them when they are wet.
Woolen Socks:
A good pair of woolen socks, especially merino, are comfortable, limit odors and provide adequate insulation from the cold so you can wear them at night.
Woolen Gloves:
Insulated gloves help in maintaining proper body heat in your hands and also provide a better grasp on trekking poles.
Main Jacket:
It’s emphasized that you need to carry proper layers so you can avoid getting cold which is why you need to carry a heavy jacket that you can put on over your other clothes.
Woolen Cap:
A woolen cap will help prevent cold when you ascend to high altitude. You can also cover your ears to avoid any pain and discomfort you might face in them when going at high altitudes.
Hoodie:
A versatile layering option for various temperatures.
Scarf / Balaclava:
Along with sun rays and chilly winds, you also get hit by dirt and grime during treks which is why it’s important to carry a scarf or balaclava so you can cover your face when needed.
Head Lamp:
You can’t rely on moonlight when you are in the mountains. A torch or even a headlamp with a fresh pair of batteries is always a good idea to bring along.
Trekking Pole:
The trekking pole assists in more than one way. It saves energy while also providing stability and helps you to maintain proper balance.
Camera:
This should be obvious. To make sure that you get to capture all the great moments from your trek. Make sure that you have enough storage and some extra batteries as well.

show lessEach passenger is allowed only one soft duffle bag weighing a maximum of 5 kg. The total helicopter capacity is 450 kg (including passengers and baggage). Accurate body weights must be shared at the time of booking. Any discrepancy may lead to cancellation without a refund. Overweight charges apply at ₹3,000 per kg over the permissible limit of 75 kg per person, calculated on a group basis.
Passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar card for Indians; passport & visa for foreigners). Additionally, pack warm clothes, sturdy footwear, essential medicines, a power bank, and basic toiletries in the allowed duffle bag. Avoid carrying baby strollers, drones, and plastic bags, which are not permitted.
Flights are subject to weather and force majeure conditions. If your tour is canceled due to weather or technical issues, refunds are processed as per the refund policy. No refunds are provided for unused services or late arrivals. It’s advised to keep an additional buffer day for delays. Emergency ferry flights and extended stays are chargeable.
Yes. As the Yatra involves high altitudes, passengers are strongly advised to undergo a medical check-up before traveling. Carry necessary medicines and avoid overnight stays at Kedarnath top due to lack of amenities and risk of altitude sickness. Oxygen cylinders and first-aid kits are available during the tour for emergencies.
Rescheduling is allowed with a 10% charge if requested at least 35 days before the travel date. After that, it is treated as a cancellation. Booking is subject to availability and not held until advance payment and guest details are received. Any hike in government taxes or permit costs after booking will be chargeable separately.
Accommodation is arranged in well-rated hotels near each Dham on a double or triple sharing basis. Single occupancy is available at an additional cost (₹48,000 per person). Hotels in remote areas like Kedarnath and Badrinath are basic, but we ensure clean, comfortable stays with the best available options. Rooms are non-star category due to the location.
Mobile network coverage is limited in high-altitude areas like Harsil and Badrinath. BSNL and Jio work intermittently. Wi-Fi is rarely available, so it’s best to inform family and friends in advance. Despite limited connectivity, our ground staff will always be available at each Dham to assist you.
The tour follows a fixed daily departure schedule, and passengers must report as per the assigned ETD (Estimated Time of Departure) each day. Late reporting will be considered a no-show and may result in cancellation without refund. Staying informed and being punctual is crucial for a smooth journey.
